Yes, to guarantee your spot, we require a deposit whether you’re booking online through our website or in person.

This helps us hold your appointment time and ensures everything is set up just for you. Your beauty experience starts the moment you reserve, and your deposit makes sure we’re ready to provide the best service when you arrive!

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. We understand that plans change, so if you need to reschedule, we’re happy to transfer your deposit to a future appointment.

However, cancellations do forfeit the deposit, as we reserve our time and resources just for you. We recommend letting us know in advance so we can accommodate you as best as possible!
